The Seville Aquarium Joins the 5th Edition of the #GreenLeague Campaign
The Seville Aquarium is once again joining the #GreenLeague22 challenge in its 5th edition. This action, which will take place between the end of November and mid-January, has started today, coinciding with the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) 2022.
It is a non-competitive league of companies and institutions, organized by the Ecolec Foundation, which promotes responsible recycling of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). The initial objective is to “compete” with other companies/institutions with the aim of recycling as much waste from electrical and electronic equipment as possible. But it’s much more than that, for the workers of the Seville Aquarium it means reaffirming our commitment to the environment, joining this new sustainable challenge to recycle ♻️.
The ECOLEC Foundation aims that in this fifth edition of the #GreenLeague, the advantages and importance of recycling electrical and electronic devices for the environment are disseminated once they become unusable in workplaces and in the homes of the workers of these centers, in addition to generating a CSR activity in companies and institutions linked to the correct environmental management of WEEE and the circular economy.
