Sustainability is in our DNA

The Seville Aquarium works to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda in which it has the most influence:

13 | Climate action: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.
14 | Life below water: Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development.
15 | Life on land: Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss.

Biodiversity conservation

We carry out two types of conservation, in our facilities and in the natural environment itself, to care for the marine environment and its species.
