What personal data processing do we carry out?
The User's personal data will be processed by Aquagestión Sur, S.L. for the following purposes and on the following legitimation bases:
Purpose 1: attention to communications, resolution of incidents and complaints, as well as information requests and resolution of other types of inquiries
• Data processed for this purpose: identification and contact data communicated through the means provided by Aquagestión Sur, S.L., such as the Website forms, email or telephone. Specifically, and among other data that could be communicated depending on the specific query or communication conveyed, the processing of name, surname, email address, telephone number, professional position and company or entity in which the User works is foreseen.
• Description of the purpose: to attend to the query raised and provide the information requested by the User.
• Legitimation basis: User's consent through acceptance of the processing of their data for the purpose indicated in the basic data protection information and the privacy policy.
• Retention period: necessary to resolve the query or provide the requested information, resolve the complaint or incident, as well as to attend to possible responsibilities or legal obligations that may arise, being able to subsequently keep your data properly blocked for at least 5 years, which is the general limitation period for personal actions.
Purpose 2: management of the commercial relationship with the client including reservations for activities and catering
• Data processed for this purpose: identification, contact and, where appropriate, economic, training and academic data, communicated through the means provided by Aquagestión Sur, S.L., such as the Website forms, email, telephone, or during the development of the commercial relationship with Aquagestión Sur, S.L. Specifically, and among other data that could be communicated, the processing of name, surname, email address, telephone number, delivery address or transaction and financial data necessary to carry out the purchase operation and delivery of the acquired goods is foreseen.
• Description of the purpose: to manage, within the framework of providing its services, all aspects that could derive from the commercial relationship established with Aquagestión Sur, S.L. due to the purchase of tickets or products in its online store and/or the relationship established with Aquagestión Sur, S.L. including management of reservation data or scheduled appointments.
• Legitimation basis:execution of the contractual relationship.

Purpose 4: sending own commercial communications

Purpose 5: compliance with legal obligations

• Description of the purpose: to comply with any legal obligations that may be applicable to Aquagestión Sur, S.L.

• Retention period: as indicated in the applicable regulations based on the legal obligation imposed on Aquagestión Sur, S.L.
- Data processed for this purpose: identification and contact details of the applicant and the annual pass holder, as well as the data necessary for the issuance, identification, and management of the pass, and for monitoring its validity and usage.
- Description of the purpose: to manage the application, issuance, and delivery of annual passes for the Seville Aquarium; to identify the holders of these passes; to verify their validity; to manage their use for accessing the facilities; and to address inquiries, requests, and issues related to such passes.
- Legal basis: the processing of personal data necessary for the management and provision of the contracted service is justified by the performance of the contractual relationship, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
- Retention period: Personal data will be retained for the duration of the annual pass. Once it has expired, the data strictly necessary to address potential liabilities arising from the contractual relationship will be retained—duly restricted (blocked) where appropriate—for a period of five (5) years from the date on which the corresponding legal actions may be brought, in accordance with Article 1964.2 of the Civil Code. Furthermore, commercial and accounting documentation related to the contract will be retained for six (6) years from the date of the final entry in the accounting records, in accordance with Article 30 of the Commercial Code. Once the applicable statutory periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted, unless there is an additional legal obligation to retain it or other circumstances that affect the calculation of the limitation periods.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Aquagestión Sur, S.L., for the correct provision of services, may communicate your data to providers who will perform their functions under the condition of data processors.
Additionally, we inform you that certain data, by virtue of current regulations or the contractual relationship maintained by Aquagestión Sur, S.L., may be communicated to:
