Summer Camps for Children to Discover the Secrets of the Sea
The Seville Aquarium has opened registration for its summer camp, which this year comes packed with many surprises. An activity where children will learn and have a great time while discovering the different marine species that inhabit the aquarium.
This activity, aimed at children between 5 and 13 years old, is planned from Monday to Friday from June 25 to July 6, with a schedule from 08:30 to 16:00 (if meals are included) or from 08:30 to 14:00 (if meals are not included). Thursday is a special day because the children spend the night at the Aquarium to experience one of the best adventures: sleeping with sharks.
Children who want to enjoy this adventure will also participate in workshops created specifically for the camp, learn how to handle diving equipment, become real biologists by analyzing different biological samples, have a touch-and-feel experience with marine animals, and engage in fun workshops related to the water cycle and some of the most emblematic species of the Aquarium. In addition, the camp will give them the opportunity to access the technical areas of the Aquarium and interact with the University’s Research staff and the center’s aquarists.
A unique opportunity for children to learn and have fun alongside a multitude of marine species, river fish, and amazing reptiles this summer.
