Activities and Discounts to Celebrate Car-Free Day
The Seville Aquarium joins the European Mobility Week for the second consecutive year, organized by the Seville City Council, where different activities will be carried out with the aim of promoting sustainable mobility under the slogan “Combine and move”.
One of the objectives of the Seville Aquarium is to support the promotion of sustainable mobility and encourage the development of good environmental practices. For this reason, it will participate through two actions on “Car-free Day” (September 22).
Discounts on ticket prices. To reward those who use public transport, the aquarium will offer a special price on adult and child tickets (adult €10 and child €7) to those who present their transport pass (TUSSAM, Sevici or Metro) or the transport ticket used, in addition to the “Greenfriday voucher” that can be obtained on Seville’s public transport on September 21 and 22.
Special workshop “Transport and climate change”. Additionally, to help promote environmental awareness, on Saturday at 12:00 pm, we will conduct a free activity in the aquarium tour where visitors can learn how CO2 emissions affect marine biodiversity, and where the use of public transport, bicycles, and walking will be presented as good environmental practices to save the oceans and the species that inhabit them.
