The Advertising Agency INNN Develops the New Website for Seville Aquarium

On the occasion of our reopening, we set out to change the entire corporate image of the aquarium, and one of the fundamental changes was to renew our website. We wanted to tell everyone that the Seville Aquarium was a new aquarium, and that in our facilities, in addition to being able to learn about the richness of the oceans and their biodiversity, many activities could be carried out. We wanted visitors to find a modern website focused on their needs, a website that would make their experience more enjoyable.

For this purpose, we invited several companies to a design and development competition for the new website, in which each agency presented their proposal, their interpretation of the new Seville Aquarium. It was the marketing and advertising agency INNN that won by presenting a website that conveyed a true “aquatic experience”.

No one better than them can tell you about our new website, so we share their press release:

On the occasion of its reopening, the Seville Aquarium set out to create a new website that would help relaunch its brand and project a visual renewal of its image, as well as facilitate content personalization and management. Three fundamental axes synthesized the objectives of the web project: image, usability, and value. It was necessary to offer users a pleasant and useful browsing experience, meeting their expectations and contributing to a positive perception of the brand.

The proposal submitted to the competition by INNN included the approach of a design and content organization. The result: a distribution of sections and subsections based on user intentions, with maximum simplification of the web architecture, and an attractive and unified visual development, using video and cinemagraph to convey an “aquatic” experience. As an extra contribution, INNN designed an activity planner for the user.

The need for website personalization was resolved by using a CMS with maximum compatibility, such as WordPress. A 100% custom design, while being scalable and flexible through modules.

Finally, the Seville Aquarium website includes other details that contribute to making the user experience more enjoyable. For example, content that loads as the user scrolls, or creative solutions such as the unique 404 error page.
